Nanohabit™ Sprints are 2-3 month programs that solve well-defined challenges by anchoring carefully designed Nanohabits™ into the daily life of your team.

PHASE 1: GOAL SETTING

The challenge of the team is understood. The goal of the Sprint is crystallized and the success measures are set.

PHASE 2: EXISTING HABITS

 

The positive, neutral and negative habits related to the selected goal are identified. The contexts triggering the existing habits are identified.

PHASE 3: NEW NANOHABITS™

The new habits are designed and they are anchored into the anatomy of the work day. The cues and rewards are put into place.

PHASE 4: LEARNING

The new behavior is repeated in the chosen context to strengthen the context-behaviour  association. The new behavior is learned.

You can get started by contacting us either by phone, email or filling the form below. We provide the survey of your teams situation free of charge. During the survey, we estimate, what kind of results could be achieved with Nanohabits and draft out the paths to go forward. Currently, only a limited number of teams can be provided with full Sprint program and we cater for the teams with the highest result potential. We work hard for increasing our capacity.
