THE HABIT LOOP

In a sense, you are the sum of your habits.  To truly better yourself, it is essential to understand the logic behind your habits. Most habits, if not all, tend to follow the same pattern which can be divided into three steps: 

  1. Cue - the trigger which starts the habit.
  2. Action - the behaviour that you perform. 
  3. Reward - the benefit associated with the behaviour.

In Nanohabit™ projects, not only actions, but also cues and rewards are carefully designed and integrated into your everyday life.
